How are hours calculated?
Each service tracks AI usage independently. Since pipeline steps run in parallel, you're billed for the longest step, not the sum. One hour of live audio with 3 target languages = 1 event hour.
What happens if I reach my included hours?
There's no overage billing. Once your plan quota is reached, new usage of that service pauses until the next billing cycle. Monitor usage live in your dashboard and upgrade anytime to lift the cap.
